"Spoke with Tracie yesterday about my auto and Home policies, I was mainly concerned about rising cost in the insurance industry. Tracy was very helpful and professional in helping me to understand factors that go into premium price levels. We went over several alternatives in coverage and what the premium levels would be.. I guess everyone wants more coverage for less premium but at least now I am better informed about what I am paying for and why. Thanks to Tracy for her time and having to listen to me rant for over an hour."
